This policy explains what information BlockFront collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We collect only what we need to build and run your website and to operate our business.

Business information. Publicly available details about your business such as name, address, phone, category, hours, ratings, and photos, used to build your website preview.

Account & contact information. Information you give us when you claim a site or complete onboarding, such as your name, email, phone, and domain preferences.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers; we retain only limited records such as your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.

Usage data. Basic analytics such as visits to your preview or claim page and coarse device type, used to understand engagement. We do not sell this data.

To build, host, and maintain your website; to process payments and manage your subscription; to communicate with you about your account and service; to improve our offering; and to comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, including our payment processor (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure providers, and domain registrars, each only as needed to provide the Service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
